Hi res images of KV17 - Seti I on the way!
"All the paperwork has been completed and are already signed permission to begin work at the Tomb of Seti!
On Wednesday 27 April we again at the Tomb after many years, and have placed two scanners Lucida inside to begin digitization of one of the sepulchral precincts of the Valley of the Kings. Tuesday May 3 start and firm, with scans in the "Hall of Beauties".
The high res scans of Tutankhamun's tomb (KV62) were very impressive, but now it looks like KV17 Seti I will also be photographed by factum arte.
I can't wait to see the entire tomb scanned. Very exciting news for this Seti fan!
